Coaching Options
Each individual’s needs will differ. JM Endurance (jMe) takes this into consideration and offers a variety of options for the athlete.
The regular package provides an individualised training structure, assisting you with fitting your training sessions into your week. The premium package incorporates additional benefits such as detailed training review, analysis, and feedback on your training programme on a day to day basis.
jMe utilises the online training software ‘Training Peaks’ where each session is planned, uploaded, and reviewed. This platform is accessible for both the coach and the athlete.
Initially every athlete will meet with Jeff either face to face, or via telephone, for an initial planning consultation. This is to allow Jeff to understand the athlete’s individual circumstances including family, career, lifestyle, current or previous injuries, future goals, and goal events, and to build and form an ongoing rapport. As well as to discuss what type of coaching tier is appropriate for them.
Regular Package
Initial Establishment Cost of $100 ($ NZD) + $50 per week
Initial Coach / Athlete consultation
Either face to face or by phone including; needs analysis, jMe introduction, Q&A, planning and finalisation of structure, as well as a follow up consultation prior to commencement.
A Training Peaks basic account
Ability to upload and analyse workouts.
Personalised programme/structure
Uploaded into Training Peaks (two weeks at a time) including alterations and revisions due to change in circumstances.
Summary feedback
Summary feedback is provided to the athlete at the completion of each two week period.
group training sessions
Available in New Plymouth to bring you together with likeminded people who share the same passion.
Summary information available
On race preparation to aid in the build-up to your event.
Training Camps
Available but subject to additional coaching cost.

train alongside Jeff
Opportunity to train alongside Jeff during group training sessions in New Plymouth, when Jeff is based there.

Provision of knowledge sharing when it comes to; gear, nutrition, race preparation, race execution, pacing and mind frame, to assist in building focus and mental strength to achieve your result.
training camps
Camp coaching cost included at no additional cost.
Phone Consults
Biweekly phone consult to discuss progress / plan.

Additional email and/or messaging communication as required.
In addition to the day to day coaching services provided jMe also runs an annual Ironman NZ training camp in Taupo four weeks out from the big event. jMe coached athletes are encouraged to participate and prioritised for this training camp.
